Only you
Your clients' files are walled to you. Access is locked at the deepest layer of the system — enforced by database row-level security, not just app rules — so no one at ido routinely browses your clinical data.
Sealed in transit and at rest
Every connection to ido is encrypted — and always required to be — so session data travels sealed between your device and our servers, never crossing the network in the open. The clinical data we store is encrypted at rest, too, so the records behind ido stay sealed on disk.
No audio recording, and the transcript is yours
Session audio is processed as it arrives and never touches a disk. The transcript stays as long as you need it and goes the moment you say so — with three days to undo that.
Your data is not our product
Nothing is sold, shared for advertising, or used to train models. ido's only business model is its subscription — visible on the pricing page.
Leave with everything
Your records are yours. Export them at any time, and on your request, deletion means deletion — no hidden archive.

ido is designed around the world's strictest health-data privacy standards, including HIPAA and GDPR principles.
Questions we expect
AI features run on a closed path under your own account — the output lands only in your file, and the working transcript goes whenever you delete it. The privacy policy spells out exactly which categories of processing services are involved and under what limits.
You export your records, request account deletion, and your data is truly deleted. There is no lock-in by hostage-taking.
We recommend telling them — transparency helps the therapeutic relationship. ido gives you plain-language wording you can share, and capture is always visibly under your control during a session.
