How do hours and credits work?
Hours measure live transcription — only while you are capturing a session, and only for the audio actually processed. A session you don't capture costs nothing.
Credits buy the things that last: automatic notes, summaries and deep analysis. The raw transcript goes whenever you say so. What stays is the output.
Plan hours and credits reset monthly and don't roll over. Purchased packs never expire.
